We have big ambitions and are therefore committed to finding the best people to help us in the transformation of the aviation industry. We are therefore looking for an experienced digital analytics architect & optimization lead for our Digital Tribe.
What this job is …
The new Personalization & Digital Analytics Lead is going to be located in our Copenhagen office. You will, together with our colleagues in the digital squads, manage the new platforms and solutions coming from the Digital Tribe. You will be in charge of the architecture and implementation of the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and other related tools. As a Personalization & Digital Analytics Lead, you need a mix of know-how, creativity, and strong analytical skills when you identify optimization opportunities on our digital platforms. You have a great understanding of how audiences are built online, and what it takes to incrementally drive improvements to conversion and other business metrics, together with UX, POs, and developers.
In Digital, we develop solutions and service to our customers in manageable Minimal Loveable Product (MLP) deliveries. Our philosophy and approach is that it is better to get a functional solution (MLP) to the hands of the customer, and from there enhance and improve features via customer feedback, testing, and data insights. We work in a fast-paced environment with many tasks moving simultaneously and priorities changing from time to time. Therefore, aligning, coordinating, and showing passion and enthusiasm for your work and your colleagues are key.
As Satair is an international company, it is important that you are motivated by working with colleagues from different cultures and in different locations. Due to our global setup, travel activity around 20 days a year should be expected.
